You’re invited to A SoulCollage® Playshop, a gentle and creative workshop that uses images, reflection, and deep listening to explore your inner world. Through simple collage-making, participants are guided to connect with the wisdom they already carry within. No art skills or prior experience are needed—just curiosity and an open heart.

SoulCollage® is a creative, intuitive, and reflective practice developed by Seena B. Frost in the late 1980s. It is rooted in the idea that we already possess deep inner wisdom—images simply help us access it.
During the process, you’ll create small collage cards using images you’re intuitively drawn to. Each card represents an aspect of your inner world. Through guided reflection and a gentle “conversation” with your card, surprising insights often emerge.
