As Unity Truth Students our worldview is based on the fundamental principle that there is only one presence and one power in the world and in our lives, God, the Good. This is the spiritual truth by which we create our lives. And sometimes the world invites us to reaffirm our commitment to this principle as in the COVID-19 challenge we now face. We know the spiritual truth of all of us, that we are whole and perfect in all respects in our spiritual form. We are still as God created us. And in the human experience our bodies and lives reflect the consciousness we hold. Thus as humans we are constantly affected by the outer conditions around us because In our belief systems we hold the idea of sickness and viruses.
Mindful that we bear a responsibility to be good neighbors to those around us, I and the staff have agreed to participate in the governmental asked for “social distancing” for our spiritual community. Thus, this coming Sunday we will hold our Sunday service but ask that you stay home and join us via YouTube and FaceBook where we will live stream the service or via a zoom.us link that will be provided elsewhere. This will allow us to stay connected and provide the greatest personal protection in this time of uncertainty.
