The Future Space Team is currently considering a building at 10670 Barkley Street in Overland Park, Kansas. This is a 7,152 sf building that is listed at $795,000. This is near I-435 and Metcalf.

Some of the challenges with the building are: limited parking, not currently zoned for church use, and the most likely location for the sanctuary would be on the second floor. We are currently working with an architect to assess the feasibility of this building.

We are also taking another look at the buildings at 10101 W 87th Street in Overland Park and 8693 Bluejacket Street in Lenexa. The building on 87th Street is similar to the building on Barkley, but with better visibility. The building on Bluejacket is listed at $1.2 million, so the purchase price is the current sticking point.
