Rev. Jacquie Fernandez and life coach Tamie Rising are offering a spiritual development workshop on Thursday, December 10th from 7-8:30pm on Zoom.
In this workshop, Thriving in Change: The Road to Resilience, we will explore spiritual tools and practices that help us bounce back and grow from change. As 2020 draws to a close, help set yourself up for a thriving and spiritually nourished 2021! Come with an open heart and paper and a pen. Set your space to support your needs and nourishment, for example water, tea, or healthy snacks along with a comfortable chair. Reduce distractions beforehand and give yourself the gift of spiritual development as we gather on Zoom!
