Sometimes the most powerful transformation begins in stillness.

Quiet Path Yoga invites you into a space where breath, movement, and Spirit gently meet. Guided by spiritual teacher and certified yoga instructor Jeffrey Squiric, this practice weaves together gentle Hatha yoga, breathwork, and guided meditation to create a calm, inclusive container for healing, reflection, and reconnection.

Whether you’re a long-time spiritual seeker or exploring body-based practices for the first time, you’re welcome here.

💛 “Yoga helped me come back to my breath and to the quiet aliveness underneath it all.”

Jeffrey first encountered yoga in the early 2000s, but it was during a season of deep healing in 2022 that the practice truly found him. Through breath, movement, and courageous inner work, Jeffrey discovered the quiet presence that had always been within him—and a calling to help others do the same.

A graduate of the 200-hour Yoga Patch teacher training, Jeffrey is the founder of Fusion Yoga, a gentle, Spirit-centered approach that weaves movement, meditation, breathwork, and soul inquiry. His classes are rooted in presence and compassion, always inviting students to meet themselves exactly where they are.
